These renovation clients wanted a fresh look for their townhome near Mount Douglas. We stripped the main living areas down to the studs to recreate bright, contemporary interiors. And, while we were at it, our crew redesigned the layout to make the space more functional and inviting.
Going a step further, we added some luxurious touches, including a recessed kitchen skylight and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom’s new ensuite required special strata-council approval, because of changes to underslab plumbing needed to accommodate the addition, complete with heated floors. We were happy to manage those strata discussions, and the efforts were well worth it. The home is now much more suitable for raising a family, hosting guests, or aging in place.
