Harder
This craftsman-style house received a complete interior and exterior renovation. Wood beams were added, the layout was reworked to maximize the space, and we built a new rental suite to complete the property.
Cordova Bay
This outdated town home needed a fresh look. The full renovation project involved major layout changes to open up the space. An ensuite bathroom was also added, to create a luxurious master suite.
Walema
We took a bare lot and erected a stunning new home, complete with a two-bedroom, Scandinavian garden suite. Features include 12-foot ceilings; radiant, in-floor heating; an elevator, sauna, and multiple spa-inspired bathrooms.
